What to see in Mexico

Tulum is about 70 km south of Playa del Carmen where there is the only archaeological site overlooking the Caribbean Sea: the Mayan ruins of Tulum.

The main places of interest you can visit in the Mayan ruins of Tulum are:

About 40 km from Tulum is Cobà, a famous town in the Yucatan that houses the highest pyramid in the region with its 42 meters high. Very easy to reach, the Mayan ruins of Coba is a favorite destination for tourists because it is easily accessible from the coast and because it is the only scalable Mayan pyramid.
